Alodia Almira Arraiza Gosiengfiao (born March 9, 1988 in Quezon City, Philippines) is a very well-known Filipina cosplayer and model. She is of Filipino, Chinese and Spanish descent. Her father is Fil-Chinese while her mother is Fil-Spanish. She has modeled for various magazines, such as Meg Magazine’s October Issue 2007 and Candy Magazine’s November Issue 2007; has guested for several TV shows on Studio 23, Animax, QTV; and recently appeared in famous local band Pedicab’s latest music video “Ang Pusa Mo”, first aired at Myx.  Alodia’s popularity began in 2003 when she won in an event called the C3 Convention in 2003 as Gun Mage Rikku of FFX-2. This led to her and her sister Ashley as Yuna of FFX-2. Ashley was featured on the cover of Issue 14 of Culture Crash Magazine, a Manga Magazine in the Philippines. Since then, she continued to cosplay various characters from different anime and videogames. In October 2005, Alodia was chosen as the Rose-It Girl during the Level Up Games’ Rose Online Event held at the Dolphin Park, Glorietta Makati City. She is also Animax’s first ever Levi’s Kawaii girl winner in the last episode of Mad Mad Fun, which was announced on air on October 27, 2007.
EARLY LIFE
She lives at Capitol Hills, Quezon City.
Alodia took her pre-school at Assumption Convent in San Lorenzo, Makati and her elementary and high school at Miriam College in Loyola Heights, Quezon City.
She plays the keyboards in her band which was formed during her high school days. They call themselves The Bestidas.[citation needed]
She is a model/member of the Philippine Avon Teen Advisory Council.
She is currently on her 4th year taking up Information Design at the Ateneo De Manila University, and is fond of art, fashion and video games.
HOBBIES
She frequents anime and video game conventions, whether it is to attend the convention or join in cosplay competitions.
As a high school student, Alodia was a member of the Miriam College High School Pep Squad, which garnered quite a few awards at inter-school competitions like the 2002 Johnson & Johnson Teen Cheer Competition. She was also well-known for her skills in the arts, and won many on-the-spot poster-making contests, and was often sent to represent the school in inter-school art competitions. Her achievements in the arts include placing first at the Ragnarok Online: War of Emperium On-the-Spot Drawing Contest, and winning first place for her “Modern Filipina” design at the Ateneo Siklab Fashion Design Week.
Alodia is also known for being selected as the Philippine ROSE Online It-Girl during the 2005 ROSE Bash. She is also the spokesmodel for CSCENTRL.COM since 2006 to the present.
Recently, she was invited to be one of the Guest Judges for the Cosplay competition in the Mangaholix Convention held at Mall of Asia last May 19, 2007.

Since then, she has continued to cosplay various characters from different anime and videogames. The Philippine edition of FHM ranked her number 87 in its


2009 poll for 100 Sexiest Women in the World. Alodia has been named by UNO Magazine as one of the most influential women in the Philippines.
